So far, this is giving our Leigha extra support for her front leg. We place it on her when she's on a walk, or running at the park. - Vivienne M. Maria D. from Thera-Paw We're so glad that Leigha is doing well with the Sports Wrap. If she needs more support down the road, you may want to consider the Carpo-Flex-X. Thank you for your comment and we hope that Leigha enjoys her walks and runs in the park!

I like this but was expecting the flex pieces also - Tom O.Verified Maria D. from Thera-Paw: Hmmm.... Looks like you may have wanted to order the Carpo-Flex-X, which comes with additional support straps? It's more supportive than the Carpo-Flex Sports Wrap that you currently have.

There was no hole on the carpus joint to put my dog's pad (at the back of carpus/wrist) I had to guess where to cut the hole. I know there should have been a hole where the pad is because this is my second brace and the first one had the hole. I hope I haven't ruined it as this is quite an expense for me. - Susan Maria D. from Thera-Paw: Hi Susan: Thanks for contacting us. You are absolutely correct; there is no hole for the carpal pad anymore. This is because every dog is different - the place where their carpal pad sits is different. In fact, there is more variability in the shape and size of the dog than any other mammal in the world! No 2 dogs are the same. Also, some owners didn't want the hole cut out. The good thing is that the material that we use for the brace does not fray and is designed to be cut. So you can make a hole exactly where it's most appropriate for your dog. Please let us know if you need help. We'll be happy to do so. Best wishes to you and your pup.

I was disappointed. I thought it would provide adequate support but it hasn't. I think the sizing could be better. It did not provide the support at his hock joint that I was looking for. He's a bigger dog and the material and construction isn't enough to keep him "up". I'm afraid I'll have to return it and take the 20% hit. So much for customer satisfaction. - Sathish C. Maria D. from Thera-Paw: I am sorry to hear this but it seems that the Tarso-Flex Sport Wrap is not the right support for your dog. As mentioned on the site, the Sport Wrap is a light support for mild issues or pain. If your dog is collapsing down into flexion, you may want to consider a Tarso-Flex X or even a custom tarsal brace. If you're looking for an OTC brace that would help, you may want to try this website: https://vitalvet.org/collections/wrist-ankle-medium-heavy-support . Check out the Labra or similar. These are not our products but we want to ensure that you find something suitable for your pet. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions. Best to you and your sweet boy.

It seems to really help support Normans leg, allowing him to be more active. Norm has several health issues (spondylosis, a form of auto-immune disorder that affects his joints, and more) that have over time reduced his physical ability. It is so great to see him gain back some of his independence. - Cecilia M.

This is a must for the Tarsi-flex wrap. The interior stitching is rough and irritates the skin. The fleece is a easy to apply and perfect solution.

These helped our girl with DM when her wrists became hyperextended from her front legs bearing all of her weight. Very sturdy, she’s still active in her cart and they can take a beating. Strong Velcro, machine washable.

When first put on, it was a perfect fit. My dog could walk well with it on. He still had some pronation but it was better. As he wore it during the day, no matter what direction this was put on my dogs leg it kept rotating and working its way down putting pressure on the top of his foot.

I was a little surprised at the cost, but Joey is back to her old self while she is wearing her brace! I would highly recommend this product to anyone I know.

Our nearly 14 year old English setter, Leo, is standing, walking and running more thanks to his new Carpo-flex X braces. A tad fiddly to apply and remove (we’re old too!), but great for Leo.

These first braces are great, but the more advanced ones through the vet (Birchtree in Glenwood Springs,CO are a game changer. My only problem is with them slipping up Dozer's legs as he walks and hopefully as they are used they'll stop doing that. The change is remarkable- the line of his shoulders and his back make him so much more comfortable and he is excited to go out and walk and RUN. Thank you.

These braces are great as a preventative measure- our dog doesn't mind wearing them, and we've avoided further injury.
